A couple of months ago, I needed an instant hot water shower and came across the ad for ShopMerix. Purchased 2 for 2 different bathrooms. The delivery and pricing was spot on with no delays. This was my first experience with Erick who is very efficient.
Fast forward to September this year...I needed a shower with temperature control, spoke to Erick who made some recommendations and introduced me to the technician Wilson. After a quick site survey and evaluation of my requirements, they sold and installed a Lirlee shower with a rainfall showerhead.
They were both patient enough and answered all my questions and the delivery and installation was very prompt and professionally done.
I highly recommend ShopMerix and am a testament of a returning customer. Asante Erick and Wilson, great job well done and keep it up.

In less than 24 hours, from my first interaction with Erick to the installation by Wilson, the technician, everything has been seamless. I truly appreciate the prompt service and the top-notch customer experience delivered by Team ShopMerix.
